Being confident and poised starts with being YOU. Whether we need to sleep more, eat more whole foods, or simply take the time to be grateful, we all have to start with ourselves before we take on the world.

I’ll share some of what I’ve been learning: give some of my favorite recipes through my cooking blog, show you some pictures of living out life in the Pacific Northwest, and let you know about some of the articles and books that have been helping me take better care of myself. And I’m very much looking forward to hearing back from you on what you’ve been learning and doing.
